Airbus delivers the first A400M to the Belgian Air Force

The Belgian Air Power has taken shipping and delivery of its very first of 7 Airbus A400M military services transportation aircraft. The plane was handed around to the shopper at the A400M Last Assembly Line in Seville (Spain) and subsequently done its ferry flight to the 15^th Wing Air Transportation in Melsbroek (Belgium), where the aircraft will be centered.

This A400M, identified as MSN106, will be operated within a binational unit composed of a overall of 8 aircraft, 7 from the Belgian Air Drive and just one from the Luxembourg Armed Forces.

The 2nd A400M for Belgium will be delivered in early 2021.

Alberto Gutierrez, Head of Army Aircraft at Airbus Defence and House, stated: “With the supply of this plane all launch prospects are now outfitted with the A400M. MSN106 will be a part of Luxemburg’s aircraft in the binational device operated jointly with Belgium.
