Domaine des Etangs Reopens With New Chef for Michelin-Starred

Domaine des Etangs, an 11th-century chateau established amid two,five hundred acres of secured mother nature, forests, grasslands and seven lakes nearby Massignac (two hours from Bordeaux) has reopened. The massive information: Chef Geraud Dupuis has taken the helm at the property’s Michelin-starred Dyades cafe. In addition to the cafe, attendees of Domaine des Etangs will have access to a floating tennis courtroom, an outdoor heated pool and an onsite art gallery. They can also delight in a circuit amongst the hydrotherapy pool, adopted by an ice rub down in the Figidarium. Even improved: The salon is adorned with antique French furnishings and walls that house Picassos and Matisses.

Other complimentary extras include yoga, pilates, wine tasting and biking. Jean Francois Magnan will even just take you on a tour of the estate to spot wildlife and learn of the background.
