Le Manoir appoints new executive chef | Article

Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, a Belmond Hotel in Oxfordshire, has declared the appointment of Luke Selby as its new executive chef powerful from 2 January 2023. 

It is claimed that Selby returns to the restaurant right after he initial worked there much more than a ten years back as a commis chef in 2019, below the mentorship of Raymond Blanc. 

He replaces Gary Jones who stepped down before in November right after 20 years functioning at the location.

Selby now oversees Evelyn’s Desk together with his brothers Nathaniel and Theodore. He will be succeeded in his job at Evelyn’s Table by James Goodyear when he commences his operate as Le Manoir’s govt chef.
