Manchester flight academy for kids is back this half term – here’s how you can book a spot

Manchester Airport’s Runway Visitor Park has introduced that its Flight Academy programme will return this Oct 50 percent-term.

The programme is operating for 5 days more than the fifty percent time period for small children aged 4-12 and sessions final 90 minutes.

The classes are break up into two groups, one for little ones aged 4-7 and one for all those aged 8-12, with charges starting off at £10.

Young children can sit in the cockpit of a retired airliner, discover about the function of cabin crew and ground operators and ‘take control’ of the flight deck.

There will also be uniforms for the small children to gown up in and the opportunity to observe planes take-off and land at Manchester Airport.

Robert Hassard, Runway Customer Park Manager, explained: “After the success of this summer’s Flight Academy return, we had been eager to provide the programme again for households to take pleasure in again this Oct fifty percent term.

Sessions can be booked from Monday Oct 25th – Friday October 29th.
