Pradeep Raman has been named general supervisor of Baccarat Hotel New York. In this position, he oversees the day to day operation of the French crystal maker’s flagship resort (a Forbes 5 Star AAA 5 Diamond assets) which opened in March 2015.
With 25 years of business experience, Raman most lately served as resort supervisor for the Peninsula New York, also a Forbes 5 Star and AAA 5 Diamond assets. During his tenure there, he was responsible for all resort operations, scheduling and support, as properly as overseeing the Peninsula Spa.
Prior to this, Raman held a variety of resort operations and foods and beverage management roles with The Montage Inns, Wynn Resorts, Viceroy Hotel Team, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Business and the Taj Team.
