Silversands Owners Acquires New Land in Grenada

Joyau des Caraibes Ltd (JDC), proprietor of Silversands Grenada, has introduced the acquisition of Port Louis Maritime Village and the undeveloped lands at Mount Cinnamon resort. 

JDC’s financial investment in Port Louis Maritime Village and Mount Cinnamon lands will contain environmentally friendly facilities, such as 4 5-star lodges, a environment-course spa, unique residential villas, food and beverage outlets, retail, and an entertainment hub on Port Louis Marina. Masterplans for the developments are in different phases of completion, with the groundbreaking of the 1st improvement on Mount Cinnamon scheduled to begin in eighteen months. In total, there will be 400 to five hundred new rooms spread across the new lodges.
