In accordance to Vacation Engineering Europe’s once-a-year survey, 70% of respondents believe artificial intelligence (AI) will have the most significant affect on journey, with fifty five% saying that they have previously invested or planned to spend in AI in the near long run. Voice tech arrived a distant 2nd (29%), with augmented reality (AR) and biometrics tied at 21%.
