The Beatles memorabilia to be sold in digital auction

The auction has been organised by John Lennon’s son, Julian Lennon who claims items will be marketed as non-fungible tokens (NFT) as component of the Lennon Link: The NFT Collection. 

Some of the goods that are up for grabs incorporate outfits worn by Lennon and hand-penned notes by Sir Paul McCartney. 

As nicely as John Lennon’s Magical Mystery Afghan Coat, a number of guitars from the band, and the black cape Lennon wore in the film Assist!

The items getting offered as NFTs will be bought as audio-visual collectibles that will also have narration by Lennon as well as photographs of the goods. 

Julian Lennon advised Rolling Stone: “By means of this NFT assortment, I’m able to grant distinctive entry to exclusive products that I cherish and carry on the legacy of my father in a new way.”

The auction will be held on the internet on February 7, however, bidding and registration have by now begun. 

Portion of the proceeds will go to Julian Lennon’s White Feather Foundation.
