Saudi Arabia tourism challenge Amaala has unveiled ideas for a new airport built by Foster + Companions.
The 3,800 square kilometre challenge is presently beneath progress on the north-western coast of the kingdom, with the new airport motivated by the optical illusion of a desert mirage.
Led by Mohammad Bin Salman Al Saud, the challenge is financed by the Public Expense Fund of Saudi Arabia.
The terminal and manage tower layout were conceptualised by United kingdom-based architectural and layout organization Foster + Companions, while the airport master approach was built by global consultancy and engineering team Egis.
