It is agreed, amid other issues, inside the stabilization bundle of the Economic Stabilisation Fund (WSF) of the Federal Republic of Germany for Deutsche Lufthansa AG, that the Federal Govt may appoint two customers to the Supervisory Board of the Corporation in its function as shareholder. This aspect of the settlement has now been done with the appointment of Angela Titzrath and Michael Kerkloh.

Angela Titzrath and Michael Kerkloh will before long be appointed as new customers of the Supervisory Board by courtroom purchase.
